At PureBatch Lab, we utilize a consolidated batch-procurement model to provide the research community with high-purity compounds at accessible rates. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our fulfillment cycles and refund eligibility.
1. The Batch Procurement Model
To maintain strict quality control and wholesale-level pricing, orders are processed in “Research Batches.”
- The Threshold: A batch is released for final laboratory processing and shipment once it reaches 10 committed units of a specific compound.
- The Time Limit: If a batch does not reach 10 units within 14 calendar days, the batch will be closed and processed regardless of the unit count to ensure researchers receive their materials in a timely manner.
- Status Updates: You will receive an automated notification when your batch has been “Locked” and sent for fulfillment.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the collective nature of our procurement model, our refund policy is as follows:
- Before Batch Lock: You may request a full refund at any time before a batch reaches the 10-unit threshold or the 14-day limit.
- After Batch Lock: Once a batch is “Locked” and procurement has begun, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds, as your order is part of a collective laboratory lot.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your research compounds arrive damaged or do not match the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your batch, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery for a replacement.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Tracking: Once a batch is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Research Documentation: All shipments include the relevant batch documentation and laboratory-grade packaging.
- Non-Delivery: If a package is lost in transit, PureBatch Lab will work with the carrier to locate it or provide a one-time reshipment at our discretion.
4. Researcher Responsibility
By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher. Refunds will not be issued for orders flagged for suspected non-research use or human consumption, and such accounts will be permanently blacklisted from future batches.
