1. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by PureBatch Lab are intended strictly for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY.

  • These products are not intended for human or veterinary use, including but not limited to: clinical trials, diagnostics, therapeutic purposes, or as food/drugs.
  • The buyer acknowledges that these products have not been tested by PureBatch Lab for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other application.
  • You warrant that you are a qualified professional affiliated with a research institution or laboratory.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility & Compliance

The buyer assumes all responsibility for:

  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the handling and use of research chemicals.
  • Ensuring that the person handling these compounds has the necessary technical training to do so safely.
  • Any hazards to person or property arising from the use of these products.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website should be construed as medical advice or as an instruction for human administration. PureBatch Lab will immediately terminate any transaction or account if we suspect a product is being sought for personal or non-research use.

4. The Batch Ordering Model

By placing an order, you agree to our Refund & Batch Policy. Orders are consolidated and processed once a 10-unit threshold is met or a 14-day cycle concludes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PureBatch Lab, its directors, or employees be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products sold, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PureBatch Lab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
